Today I am writing to propose ‘Homeless ID Card’ concept by using my patent (copyrighted) Invention of

Platform Email ID by using Public-ID#

My name is Steve (Hee) Noh, retired disabled former Homeless,now living in an independent studio apt ,paid by non-profit organization in Los Angeles.

For Platform ID I propose for Homeless,

Gov-issued Photo ID Card# + 2 Digit of State(e.g CA)@permaID.com or HomelessID.org

Both Sites is Free ( permaID.com charges $10 after 1 year use)

Problems Solved by my Inventions:

Government failed to Stay Connected with Homeless who moves around all the time

And they lose their Obama Phones as well.
