As Medical Doctor,I lived Real Homeless, cold weather in seattle without Driver’s License,but Union Gospel shelter’s ID was created instantly by using my RX bottle,which eventually was permitted to most of City and County Services,including Reduced Bus
I also found Homeless People move around and do not have ‘Permanent Physical Address’ through they could take advantage of Gov’s Offers etc...Yes, Gov/Charities Org failed to Recognize the Real Lives of Homeless People ! THEY ARE NOT JUST APT-LESS,ALSO HEALTH-LESS,BEAUTY-LESS,FAMILY-LESS,RELATIVE-LESS,depressed,have Jail Records...got screwed before.They do not trust anyone !!! bitter and socially separated,none of Magazines in stores are designed for Homeless,and None of Clothings/survival gears are designed City/Surburb Homeless Populations.
Seattle offers One of Best Homeless Cares, I found out WHY!! = Photo ID ! Seattle got Smarter to get to know with STATISTICS on Computer where/why/how one homeless entered which facilities for what and what was follow-up ??,and Broad church org’s dedication and Smart Social workers from Univ of Washington etc
I am proposing All Homeless/Inmates must open /should open as soon as Released from Custody under Platform Email ID by using one’s Public-ID: Public-ID(driver’s License/ID #) + 2 digit of Issued State @HomelessID.com, Password would be Biometrics(such as fingerprint,voice ID, retina image, 3D webcam Image etc)
This ID can also be transformed into my 2nd Invention: re-use pet microchip ID on Human, making All Chip ID shall be as : Public-ID(driver’s license, national ID)@permaID.com or HomelessID.com = this invention will resolve Numerous Inmate ID checks in jail and when they are OUT, they might become Hopeless Homeless who might be subjected to Police’s ID searches which takes hours, sometime and as well as in emergency hospital...THEREFORE, HUMAN MICROCHIP is never-to-lose permanent Human ID !(uspto.gov,2006,hee young noh)
Now I came up with a variety of Homeless Courses which will successfully align One Willing Homeless to “ more productive safer environment than their last week”: CleanHomeless.org which facilitates Any Homeless who wishes to stay Clean (clothing,showering,verbal mannerism, off Hard Drug) can acquire Local Apprentice /Trainee Job Position(Training-on-Job),and Join Local Helping Hands program, Homeless Anonymous 12 steps,and Mandatory Computer /Cooking Class etc.
I found Homeless needs LIFE COACH !!!
Finally, Homeless People must be classified depending on their INDEPENDENT living-abilities.
