WHAT HAPPENED ON MY ARRESTING DAY?
1.Jan 25,2014: I told LAPD watch commander,Sgt Clark I would put his misconduct through LAC grand jury
2.jan 26,2014: I got assaulted by my neighbor,then I called 911
3.then,police asked me to jump in paramedic van for medical evaluation
4.during 10 min with LAFD, all of sudden I GOT ARRESTED IN LAFD VAN.
5.I DID NOT KNOW WHY I WAS ARRESTED
5a. Sgt Clark authorized my ARREST, Officer Coco arrested me along with officer Oh
6.LATER I FOUND OUT I WAS CHARGED FOR ASSAULT & WOUNDING LAFD.
7.sept 2014: LAFD professional standard office investigated In my favor: i was innocent

2014, I was sexually molested/harassed by jail deputy(now 2019, they took my new comlaint, sgt cobyn)
2015: I was forced to take a plea bargain by my PD who refused subpoenaing 'photo-shopped' Wound on LAFD face

I walked to the backyard of 1732 arlington Ave, where my car and pot garden stay under verbal contract.
I was assaulted by max johnson right after my complaint that AA house releases Money-begging tenants to our neighbor
During day time,and steal things from us..

I had been calling 911 from 1716 Arlington Ave,LA where Tae Kim was renting rooms to korean tenants. the property manager was arrested by Officer Lim for trespassing and assault,eventually.
but LAPD Olympic Watch Commander , sgt clark, won't arrest him for trespassing, citing my unit and his unit has a common area. that is a lie, I told him I would report to LAC grand jury and FuckLAPD.com
-That was one day before my arrest

ALL I DID WAS: I was being transported to Olympian Hospital due to the district I was in, I asked them to call Captain Knighten, to over-ride that policy.(in a courteous manner).
but I was experiencing Severe Chest Pain, so I asked LAFD to go to Cedar Sinai where ER has my chest EKG history, to compare.
I WAS LYING ON THE GUERNEY !

Officer Coco pushed away ER doctor who came to my guerney,and escorted to Olympic Station where Sgt Clark approved my arrest ,not even asking a single question.
No pink slip was given, so I did not know what I was arrested for until first court hearing.
Did not know what was written on Police Report. but later I found out Officer Coco(arresting police)'s name is NOT on police report. But Arresting was authorized by Sgt Clark who has been going after me before 2014 and after 2014...
When I filed a complaint against office coco(2019), Sgt Tiffany Norwood rejected it. No investigation is done upon complaining.

One day, I was served with TRO filed by a stranger,named Jae Yoo(my landlord's name is Young Soon Yoo who filed a perjury TRO on me before, got denied, but I put her on TRO successfully, She got mandated to maintain her atty during that TRO period). I NEVER MET HIM, NOR HE LIVED AT MY APT COMPLEX, it was a Korean Boarding House( where Foods sucks), Manager was a former korean gang member.
THAT TRO GOT SGT BROWN AND SGT DOLAND IN TROUBLE: it contained my 2012 Medicinal Marijuana License, ONLY WAY JAE YOO GOT THAT DOCUMENTS WAS FROM OLYMPIC DIV SGTS.
LAC DA JUST INTEGRITY UNIT TERMINATED THEM, BOTH(2017?)
One day, someone was banging my door to open up,but never responded due to deep depression.
that turned out to be Jae Yoo who was banging my door over 4hrs, to serve 24hr's notice to enter, which can be posted on my door.
I sent email that night to my landlord's atty citing " I WILL USE A WEAPON TO KILL THEM ALL IF SOMEONE ENTER MY ROOM ILLEGALLY"
that email landed me twice trials of "CRIMINAL THREAT"
-I never seen who there was, I NEVER MET JAE YOO,either.
Jae Yoo is a son of Young Soon Yoo who filed a TRO paper by accusing I smoke Marijuana in my room,but I gave her my license, as a copy.
When Young Soon Yoo violated my TRO more than 5 times, none of time, she got arrested ! Sgt Pedrosa issued police report, Sgt Fox threatened me not to speak up, take down my website of www.FuckLAPD.com...I call him Sgt Fuck, now working for LAPD Internal Affair. Sgt Fox first time dispatched to my home re: TRO Violation, but threatened me to shut down professionally designed FuckLAPD.com....He dragged me into police van,and choked my neck since I fell down to the side while sitting for long time under hot sun at other time near UCLA 5150 room. When I needed to go potty, he closed my 5150 room , to let me dump on the hospital bed. Complaint against Fox was entered into LAPD Internal Affair(Sgt Anderson)

I hired john duran to withdraw my plea bargain citing deportation camp period prevented me from filing it within 6 months statutory limit,
however my PD failed to inform me of ,too...my PD sent me several letters while I was in immigration camp.
IF MY PD DID SO, I HAD 3 WEEKS TO FILE A MOTION TO WITHDRAW. plenty of time, to have won that arguement.

my PD told me "this is a misdemeanor,therefore, ICE won't know unless you shout around".
my PD threatened me to take plea, citing she won't do much other Investigation, knowing HOW GOOD DEAL SHE GOT FOR PLEA. = resistence to arrest.
my PD won't subpoena Photos because it burdens the case.
As soon as I got released from LAC jail, ICE grabbed me into santa ana deportation camp.
I found out my PD put '365 days instead of 364days', IT LOOKED LIKE(TO ICE) I CONSENTED TO FELONY CONVICTION,when it is NOT.
Then, my immigration atty(first one,laurel esterl?) corrected into ' 364 days'.
then, I was able to get out of Camp.

my PD did not tell me there is 6months' statutory limit in withdrawing a plea ,when I wrote a letter from Immigration Camp.
Otherwise, my PD wrote letters back to me while in camp.
I spent 5 months in deportation camp.
This is a gross negligence

Ineffectiveness of my PD: did not subpoena 'photo-shopped' evidence and that forced me to take plea and made typos on my plea record which subsequently landed me almost 6 months in deportation camp where I could have timely filed Motion to withdraw Plea, which I did by hiring atty John duran

I had a hearing where I dismissed him under prejudice, but I let him hear my case.
and alternate PD refused to take my case to APPEAL based on my Medical status.
that is why you , as a private atty, got assigned on me

4/2014: I was declared Incompetent to stand trial, mandated Rx although Jail Psychiatrist,Truong, disagreed.
under " Delusional Grandiose".
Dr.Truong interrogated me starting " so you are MD, what does DNA mean?"
I answered correctly. "YOU PASSED, NOT GRANDIOSE!!", "I can not mandate Rx".
It took 6months waiting time in jail, and another 4 months min at Metropolitan Mental Hospital.
Total of 10months additional jail time for Mentally ill
